I was kept informed every step of the way, Lucy in the office was so quick to respond to any questions I had and Frankie explained everything to me in detail so I know what wa happening every step of the way. Mine was a complex case and I expected getting a mortgage to be problematic. I was not. Great Service, great rates. I cant recommend them highly enough. .

We can’t thank the team enough, Frankie put in the work and went further than the extra mile to find us a lender that would accept our difficult circumstances, we was then passed over to the girls Lucy and Joleigh who put up with my stressful times and kept me updated before I thought to ask. As first time buyers we had no idea of the process or what was involved but they guided us the whole way through. Although we didn’t work with everyone individually, the team clearly work seamlessly and I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase especially if your case is more complex like ours.
